Poster
Favorite poster so far, after the RSD one. No more.
Also, the setlist sounds killer! Can't believe he actually played Sugar Never Tasted So Good and Apple Blossom and that Alison and Dean joined him on ICLAB!
Congrats to everybody who attended
A Woman is more powerful than a man and this I know, and I think that you know this too.
It was a great show. We were 3rd row, center stage. I loved the rowdiness of the GA crowd (I don't normally mind a decent mosh here or there), but there were a few people who took it to another, unnecessary level. A few songs into the show, my wife was hit in the back of the head with a half-full PBR can, so that took a little away from the beginning of the show for us. But things finally settled a bit during Apple Blossom and it was nothing but good energy and excitement from there. Overall, an amazing show and it seemed like Jack enjoyed himself. Allison and Dean on ICLAB was awesome! I wish they came back out for Blue Blood Blues though. As soon as he started it, Allison stood up and started dancing on the side stage and looked like she wanted to join, but was waiting for Jack to motion her out. He never did. And the Ball and Biscuit / Lemon Song medley - whoa.
Found the picture of the female with a little assistance....

I'm glad I made the trip from Boston. The crowd was awesome- so much energy. My ears are still ringing. I apologize to the people around me as I was sweating all over them. It was so much fun. I wish that we had a meetup afterwards though. It wasn't easy getting to sleep. I don't think anyone mentioned the rainstorm just before they allowed entry. We all got soaked but I think it added to the fun. We were all wet and gross before anything started so it was easy to go nuts from the word go. Benjamin Booker was pretty cool too. I couldn't tell if it was an act but he seemed high as a kite. He watched all of Jacks show and even wound up crowd surfing and landing hard on the deck. I hope he's alright.
"And the message is clear: if we want Jack White as our hero, he will entertain, but not pander. We have to accept all his flaws, whims, caprices and manias as a critical, sometimes uncomfortable, part of the contract."
