You may check with Pirate Press, I believe they use a EURO plant to press their stuff. A press run of a $100 is probably going to cost you at least $10 per record, even more per record for a smaller run.....The price drop significantly if you make a larger pressing!

GZ is the largest manufacturer of vinyl in the world currently and is located in the Czech Republic.

Here's a list of plants throughout the world (2nd post), not sure how up to date it is considering the ever changing landscape of record pressing.

Actually, the concept isn't quite as far fetched as it sounds. You should read this article on Emory Cook and his process for making records on-demand back in the 1950s.
