Not going to bother with trying to find a PC way to say this, there are not a lot of white people in Shreveport. The ones that are, well, I'm sure you've heard of Duck Dynasty. They're from Monroe, just down the road a bit. It's a pretty cool, off the beaten path town and those of you that are going will enjoy it, but I'm not surprised the ticket prices are what they are. Wish I could make it. Looks like one of the cooler venues on the tour to me.

well sort of... the scalpers made it a sellout... and if the venue is not full that hurts merch sales, concessions, parking etc...

Good point, especially on the merch sales. Even if those tickets sell to people just wanting to go to a concert for cheap, they're probably far less likely to spend a lot of money on shirts and posters than a hardcore fan.

I feel fortunate to have sold mine on eBay for $65. I still have one extra for New Orleans.

A few days ago a saw a them at $13 I shook my head for quite a bit.

If you can wait until the last day or two before an event you can get quite the deal on Stub Hub. Especially on general admission tickets , sports tickets, etc.

Looks like I'll be going, just trying to work out some minor details coming back. Doing the half day at work monday and driving up there. Hopefully I get there by 4 but someone save me a spot in line in trade for some liquor!
