That's from this--

Gotta wonder what Kid Rock is doing there. Can't remember from back when this took place if his involvement was explained. Has he worked with Loretta?

Doesn't Kid Rock live in Nashville now?

I like the old rocking Kid Rock. The past 2 albums are definitely crossovers that have made him a shitload of money but not for me, everything before that was good. I saw him at The Ryman about 5 or 6 years ago from about the 7 th row it was an amazing show. Balls to the walls, in your face Kid Rock . It was great!
Definitely would make for a cool 7".

He does have the Detroit connection, and probably would have been far more fitting than ICP (he's got the ICP connection too), but am I the only one who is (and has been for a while) amused by Kid Rock and his genre hopping quest for $? Cause every time I hear about Kid Rock, I still think of this guy:

I bought a truck that had his first CD in it. I liked it and became a fan but like you said his genre hopping and cash grab has really changed his music, it sucks now!

I suppose I'm on the other side of the Kid Rock thing. For me, ICP eventually made sense, but if Kid Rock were to happen, that would be about the worst TMR venture yet. All I think when he comes to mind is smarmy redneck.
