Not sure, but the drummer was bad ass.

SNL seems unable to hire a competent sound engineer and it's been that way forever. Regardless, that second song was fantastic. Looking forward to this record even more now and I didn't think that was possible.

EDIT: I watched it again and it won me over on the second go-round. Good on ya', Jack.

I want to shake the sound guys hand.

And then abruptly kick him in the balls.

I loved how the keyboard player in the manband was mouthing the words. And I LOVED x 100 the drummer. He is the real fuckin' deal.

If this tour really will be two different bands? one all female, one male? —> you have GOT to love the vision of this guy.

Yeah, we'll be collecting girl's night shows and boy's night shows, and they both will have different vibes. I wonder if we will know ahead of time which band we would be seeing in concert or if it will be a surprise.

I've watched Sixteen Saltines 3 times. That was incredible.

Not saying anything new from anyone else, but that second song was awesome. I'm not sure what I was expecting but it was even better than I could have imagined. Unfortunately I'm at work and missed the first song.

Y'know what excites me? Think: He hasn't been playing with either band for that long. Imagine the shows near the end of the run of the tour. It's gonna be like a Ducati runnin' on rocket fuel and Pappy Van Winkle.

I really try so hard not to be a fucking fanboy. (I'm 40 fer Christ's sake.) But when you see the exuberance and exhilaration on the faces of Jack and the manband (can't quite get a handle on the womanband yet) on that song———how can you not be psyched for what's to come? I actually do need to watch it again——I think I got swept up in their excitement. [back to the DVR]
