i think we will see at least 3 more shows by New Years... just my OPINION ... lets hope that this is true
+1. Been pondering that for a while. Thinking (or hoping) a show at Third Man in December is in the making

I had to buy one of these from the artist web site. It looks even better in person, colors are very vibrant! Must have .

^^^^^ BEAUTIFUL isn't it? :D You're right about the colours being vibrant, the web pics do none of the prints justice, especially the Methane prints, the colours are gorgeous.

Speaking of Methane, I've just acquired this print for a decent price, couldn't be happier!

I'd like to have the Atlanta and Columbus prints then I'll have all the JW Methane prints :) one day.

I wonder how the different artists divvy up who gets to do which prints for which show? Anyone have any insight into this?

I don't collect posters from shows I didn't attend. Thanks but no thanks! We were just talking about how rare it is for an artist to tell you what their artwork means and represents... Super rare!

I went to the Art Gallery of Ontario to see a Michael Snow exhibit a few weeks ago and most of his works had a little blurp with them..thank god because I had to write an art review on it and I had no idea what he was doing

So, I e-mailed Todd about the Chattanooga poster since didn't have any description. Here's his reply--
Well, Jack pens so many songs about women and heartache that Rob and I discussed doing this kiss of death type image where I'd combine love (lips) and death (vulture) into one thought. The background is a desert landscape and I sort of pictured myself lying there dying, looking up, seeing this kiss of death as some kind of closure to it all... cheery I know. That's the rough idea anyway.
