I think it's great. I wish I could miraculously find one though. I actually went out to a large field and watched the skies for about an hour and drove around looking to see if there were any in trees. No luck.
I don't believe it's a joke, although with TMR it could go either way.

I hate to be a spoilsport but looks like you can see a guide string in the middle. It would be very easy for this to be a prank. Let the balloons ride up the string where they're caught at the top just shy of being released into the great yonder. BUT I could be wrong and the guide string could be so the balloons didn't hit the electrical lines.

Funny they sy it's for the people outside of Nashville who can't ever get limited releases, but this still doesn't help, and makes it even harder to get one. Also I know a lot of people brought it up already but damn, 1000 balloons they released with all that string? The poor animals who find it all....
