I was a little more than surprised when I found no Pokey and the South City Three parked out here in the TMR Bands

Let me be the first to drop this in for everyone to enjoy... Yeah... NPR can still rock

I got this notification earlier today and it was just a little strange given the fact that i didnt even know they would be there
Wanda Jackson will be unable to perform on December 14 with Pokey LaFarge. Tickets WILL NOT go on sale tomorrow, October 5, as originally announced. The show will still go on as planned, but with a new lineup to be announced soon.
on the other hand the way the message is worded there seems to be something strange about it... maybe Seasick Steve will play

Should this thread be in the other bands section as they are not signed to TMR?

Yeah, that excited me, too. I'm gonna guess what it means is that TMR is going to distribute the album Pokey & the boys have been working on since last year, just as was done with Seasick Steve's last album (and presumably his upcoming one, too).

I saw that as well. Pretty awesome. I never really liked his music until I saw him live and he killed it. Pretty excited to see what he will do with TMR.

Love how Jack described him signing his contract

A vinyl release of "Riverboat Soul" would be nice as well as any new records.

Very glad for Pokey and TMR. Since I have seen him live so many times now, mostly at TMR and opening for Jack, I have become quite the fan. I hope he does a celebratory signing show at TMR. Can't wait for them to put out some albums.

For those in the know, how many albums does he have. I have bought anything they have had at the merch booth. I guess I need to get my Wikipedia on.

Whatever happened to TRE? She started this thread, got me to thinking, I haven't seen a post from her lately. Did I miss something. Did she get banned or just taking a break?
