Haha. Assuming this isn't a joke...in Europe they swap the month and day when writing the date. April 9th, 2012: in the US, 04/09/2012; in UK, 09/04/2012.

Also, there may indeed be a difference between the two rough trades; one will be for the physical store, the other for the label itself. No idea about the postcard issue.

Just to clarify: although the record label Rough Trade are releasing the LP over here with the 7", the record shop Rough Trade are not the exclusive stockists. As far as I'm aware, the 7" comes with all initial copies of the LP, no matter where you're ordering it from. That should include the usual suspects - Rise, Norman, Piccadilly etc - and maybe even Amazon too.

Hmmm... One of my local shops posted on FB yesterday that they had a couple, but I can't get up there till the weekend (when I will be in that town to actually see the Shakes perform ). Maybe I should call and see if they could charge one or two to my credit card and hold 'em for me.


Never mind. Just called and they sold the last one last night. Oh well.
