He probably got auto-renewed after the end of April. (just a guess?)

In that case I would advise you to check your payment source for Modlife and make sure you weren't charged again as well. And check your spam folder to see if it's hanging out over there having a party with the Viagra dealers.

Did you always pay with Paypal? I think someone said only Paypal payments got an email notification of cancellation.

It seems that the only people who got this were people who paid via Paypal.

Also, one of my two subscriptions renewed on May 1st. I contacted Cam, who contacted Tad at Modlife, who confirmed that that subscription payment was for Vault 16, not Vault 17.

Sounds right, I had recurring payments through PayPal to my credit card.

What I just noticed about those Viagra pills is that they are Canadian Viagra pills :shock:

I thought I did see an email like that from Modlife saying my subscription was cancelled but I don't see any evidence of it (I would normally keep that). In my paypal history there is a $70 deduction and then a note a few days later saying my subscription was cancelled. Does that mean I have paid for Vault 16 and just need to sign up for #17/new vault?

If you were on auto pay and didn't cancel before 5/1 you are all set.

I don't understand how this picture "says a lot about the vault store." Please explain? These are just labels from the 7" for Vault 10.
