So I am in Southern California and i still haven't received this, i know other people in the area got theirs a few days ago. Is anyone in the same boat? I scoured the vault and TMR and cant really find a customer service email. I called and left a message tho. I have a shoddy mail man so i am concerned.

I've got two subs...one that made it in the first week (Indiana), and another that has yet to arrive. I'm guessing they sent out the packages w/slipmats first, but who knows. I sent an email to customer service a few days ago to confirm shipment, but haven't heard anything.

I doubt this is the case. I say that because I still haven't received mine (Pittsburgh) and I am supposed to get a slipmat. I'm wondering when is a good time to be concerned and contact TMR. Any suggestions?

Hmm, who knows what their system is then. Only reason I figured the slipmat orders went out first was because I received one sub (w/slipmat), but hadn't received the other (w/out slipmat). Maybe they do it by last name...date of initial sub...lottery...

Lottery is the only thing I can figure. I'm supposed to get a slipmat, my last name begins with an M, my sub is before the 5th day of every quarter. On top of that, I'm on the east coast. When people half way around the world have reportedly received theirs, I can't help but feel concerned. I just don't want to contact them and be a pain in the ass. They said they were sending them out and I believe that, but when is enough enough?
