Vault #27 (Pre-announcement discussion)

Post by phaetonultra »

Hello all,

Long time reader first time poster.

Any news on vault #27 announcement? I've not seen any of the usual discussion. Its normally circa 2 weeks after receiving the package but the internet is tight lipped on speculation on this occasion!

I think the JW acoustic shows in an vingl\dvd package would be cool

They haven't announced it yet. It should be announced this week. I think Jack mentioned in vault chat that it will be detroit-themed.

I wouldn't mind a vault containing contend of the early days.
Read Muldoon has 4 hours of recordings. And I'm sure there are more gems out there.

The lack of the "pre-discussion" thread indicates that people were too busy over the holidays or that the demand isn't what it used to be. Hopefully we get the update on Tuesday or so...

Where's HappyDad's list of prior Vault package announcement dates...?

Hum... Difficult to tell this time.

They seem to love Mondays these days (last two packs) but they never announced a pack a 4th but last pack was the first time they announced a pack a 5th...

It should be this week as they never announced a pack later than the 9th.

Seems like it can be any day this week

Days of the week the previous vault packs were announced :
vault-week days.png
vault-days.png

1 : Mon 6th
2 : Wed 30th
3 : Mon 1st
4 : Tue 6th
5 : Thu 1st
6 : Sat 2nd
7 : Mon 3rd
8 : Fri 8th
9 : Wed 6th
10 : Fri 7th
11 : Fri 6th
12 : Mon 9th
13 : Mon 9th
14 : Sat 6th
15 : Thu 3rd
16 : Mon 8th
17 : Wed 3rd
18 : Wed 2nd
19 : Fri 3rd
20 : Tue 1st
21 : Mon 7th
22 : Fri 3rd
23 : Tue 6th
24 : Wed 1st
25 : Mon 6th
26 : Mon 5th

And even if we only keep the January packs, there is no real logic. 2 Mondays, 1 Tuesday, 1 Thursday and 2 Fridays. 1 the 1st, 3 the 3rd and 2 the 6th. As we're the 4th already, from this serie the most logical would be ... I don't know.

And that's TMR logic, right there.
