Re: Vault #26
The lp is so packed with music there's barely any space at the center for runout etchings. And this package is beautiful, I love it.

I kind of feel bad that they're not only facing the tracking info issue but will now have to deal with all the mispressings.

I listened my 7" today and I have the same problem ... It is very strange.shaneoftheroad wrote:My b-side has "Cop and Go" instead of "Mile Markers." Anyone else have this issue? The a-side is still "Impossible Winner" and the b-side is marked "Mile Markers" but the song is "Cop and Go."

Same same here in Detroit. This pressing of Cop and Go seems to sound inferior to the ass kicking intentional pressing on 7" 45 from the Vault #25 package. I really love the song, but was looking forward to "Mile Markers".Mick III wrote:I listened my 7" today and I have the same problem ... Must say that this package is not bad at all.

I was delightfully surprised when I opened it up Saturday. Love the lp and the extras reminded of all the reasons I loved this band. I'm looking to put my iron on on either a red/black or red/white raglan tee. Is anybody else going to use it?Bikedo wrote:Must say that this package is not bad at all.

Cop and go on the B-side here too.
I guess they are all the same.
If anyone has the correct B-side let us know.

Temporarily record playerless.
Buying a new one soon so will check the b-side then.

It's so big, I dunno what I could put it on. It's still a great addition to the package because it could work as a poster, too. The lp and all the extras, including the iron on, are like a time capsule. For those of us who missed out on the Stripes, it's a great little taste of their early days. Funny show, too.littleacorn wrote:I was delightfully surprised when I opened it up Saturday. Love the lp and the extras reminded of all the reasons I loved this band. The ballpark (here)...............................(there) this release.
That's the best analogy I have for this one.
The focus they put on the crowd banter is so solemnly beautiful, but morose.

Dude, excuse me, guy who'd been paroled. One of Jack's little white lies?
