Hopefully that eases the pain for the overseas folks. Either way, I'm out of this conversation. Went from providing an alternate POV, to tweaking people for some fun, to way too personal for my tastes.
Always great that people post just to "tweak" with people .....just for fun ....

1 Check spam folder
2 Contact TMR and ask, don't complain, asking things nicely is always the way to go.

I didn't complain and got the email so they are sending them to all overseas customers. It may well be in your spam folder as Bikedo suggests.

Cheers guys, found my email :)

Class move on TMRs part. "have now updated our system so that all Vault packages will be declared at the lowest legal cost" means I'm happy to continue my subscription :)

Very happy :)

When you need to pay taxes, how it works ? Postman comes with package and you pay to him or it's different ?

It will sound otherwise, but this is a real, genuine question. I have read in several different places that it is "inadequate" to complain when TMR does something wrong. I find it odd that customers shouldn't complain when they have problems with their orders. Is there a reason why we should not complain?
I actually complained this morning. I sent a message stating what had gone wrong because it just seemed the right thing to do. I even said I was really mad because I am. I've paid more than a hundred dollars for an incomplete package that I received a month after the record was launched. I think it's only fair TMR see where they've gone wrong. I'm sure they are interested in improving their service, so I see nothing wrong with being vocal. This tiptoeing seems weird, especially because I feel it's unbefitting to the people who own the place and the ones who run it.

If they do something wrong than by all means complain.
They did not however say this would be out by "street date", but it was shipped out within the time frame that is posted on the site fore vault packages.
If yours was missing something I am sure they will be more than happy to get it to you right away though.
