With this and the Pokey show I think a long weekend in Nashville is in my future.
Don't believe the 60's was the golden age of pop. You glorify the past when the future dries up.

I'm breaking this date with Third Man Records just to prove that I can. It's a mind over matter sorta thing. Also, the show is on a school night :geek:

Most laid back, coolest venue to see a show. Great sound quality to boot. Have fun. I'm going as well.

I'm very excited. Going with a friend. Never seen a show at Third Man, so everything will be new..from picking up tickets to...well everything.

What are the steps that are usually taken at a show? How early do you get there? I noticed tickets can be picked up an hour before the show. How long do people usually hang out after the show?

You can pick up your tickets an hour early or so. People either go hang out up the stairs in the picnic table area or get in line to get close to the stage. It's not a big place so I usually just hang out then go in once the line goes through. Sometimes my wife or son will get in line while I mingle. There's usually food available outside and drinks outside and inside.
Sounds the best if you can get centered up somewhat. Great acoustics. You can get in line after the show and buy the black and blue record or go back within 3 days and order it. Not a lot of hanging around afterwards that I've noticed.
Have fun !
