Calling all Weirdos, ghouls, and all haunted fools, something wicked this way comes. Third Man Records’ Devil’s Night Party is moving to Detroit! Why? Because it’s also Detroit’s own ITALY RECORDS’ 20th ANNIVERSARY, and if there’s one thing that can make this classic Detroit night even more Detroit, it’s VINYL RECORDS. Legend has it that David Italy and Steve Shaw spent hours and hours and 10s of dollars at the Ren-Cen Kinkos in order to hand deliver finished Rocket 455 singles just in time for their Devil’s Night show of ‘97!

THIRD MAN RECORDS CASS CORRIDOR will keep it simple and keep it real. We still have LOTS of details forthcoming but for now let's CELEBRATE THE RELEASE OF SEVEN ITALY RECORDS REISSUES - ROCKET 455, THE DIRTY’S, THE HENTCHMEN, THE FELLS, SOLEDAD BROTHERS, GREENHORNES and WHIRLWIND HEAT. The limited edition pink vinyl versions of these seven records, made at our own Third Man Pressing, will be available for purchase at the party*. We’ll be selling ITALY RECORDS T-SHIRTS, PIN SETS AND POSTERS to complement your new, old discs.

Doors open at 7:30pm. Come hang out, have a snack, and get weird and wild with your buddies while your eyes adjust to the ambiance of black light ! The music will start at 7:30pm sharp with the scary duo, KEEP ON TRASH DJs, along with some friends. They’ll lead the charge in getting your head into the right/wrong space. Starting out the undead portion of our triple headlining evening will be muddiest band to ever crawl outta Toledo, Soledad Brothers, in a rare stripped down 2-piece performance! Up next is the un-eff-withable Rocket 455! Italy Records’ first artist!!! These guys don’t mess around... Marc won’t let em. Closing out the Undead performances and celebrating their 25th year is Detroit’s favorite sons The Hentchmen. Don’t worry kiddos, you’re in bad hands with John, Tim and Great Mike. Costume winners are gonna be announced after all that noise. STAY SICK. HOWL.

Anyway, if you don’t know the drill, Costumes are REQUIRED. There’s absolutely NO ENTRY unless you get your act together and dress up. We'll provide the snacks and the bar will be stocked. Let's all have a good time and shake the cobwebs off. GET YOUR TICKETS NOW. (Available online and in our Detroit storefront).

Purchase tickets HERE.

So what's the odds on Jack joining the Hentchmen for a song or two?
(Or wait is this like the cave show and no one is supposed to ask or hope for such things?!)

Actually, I think that could be a possibility if he's at the party. Doesn't seem impossible anyway.

Nope Halloween, is now a time for trick or treating....my daughter would severely injury me if I didn't take her out.

I wish. I have a trip to Detroit planned in November, can't do it twice in such a short span. I'll be heading to Nashville for the vinyl though. Gotta have that Hentch! I'd also like the Italy t-shirt if they have them down there.

Too bad on both accounts, but understandable.
