Do they randomly mail out tricolors for pre-orders?
Most probably not. They haven't done that since a long time now.

Most excited I have been for a tmr release in a long time. This trumps Dodge and burn for me.

I'm listening to her debut album right now. I'm loving it!! There is something kind of haunting in her lyrics/voice. Can't wait for this blue series

I received it this morning.
Great blue serie ! But my copy has a mistake. On the label it is write Side A but it plays Side B. I checked the inscription on the 7" and it is Side B. They made a mistake with the lable when they put it on the 7". :D

Does anybody know where the tricolour versions of these came from? I received my copy today but it is just plain black, I'm a bit disappointed to be honest as I saw the tricolour version on eBay and it looked awesome. Would love to get the tricolour version!

^ just came in to ask the same question, were these available at a special event / rolling record store or just mailed out randomly?

50 tricolors of the Courtney tri were sold only at the Nashville store on Black Friday along with Timmy's Organism and Wolf Eyes' tricolors. I heard a couple were given to random people who visited the Nashville store 2 weeks before Christmas.

From what I've read, the only time tricolors were randomly inserted into an order was with one of Jack White's Blunderbuss singles (I think it was Freedom at 21). And that was announce when it happened. I don't think tricolors are typically inserted into random orders.

I guess I was one of those random people--I was there around Dec. 7. I didn't know it was a tri until I got home. :D

They used to be.

Margo is signed to TMR, Courtney is not.
They don't announce every time any of their other blue series artists do anything...?
