White Swirl is evolving! We are excited to announce 3 new improvements to the community.

1. Feedback: A feedback system is now in place to record your dealings with members of the community. Please use it respectfully and honestly. To use the feedback function, simply click on the feedback below the member's avatar and follow the instructions. Abuse of this feature will result in banning.

2. PM content in email: A mod has been installed allowing members to see the content of their new PMs directly in the email notification.

3. Topic subscription: If you have subscribed to be notified of new posts in a topic, the content of the new post will be shown in the email notification. Until you visit the topic, further posts will not be accompanied by any email notification, as before.


A big thanks to all of the members whose important suggestions have helped improve the community.

Also, I'm an idiot - When leaving feedback, the box to check for "role"... does that mean OUR role or the role of the person we are leaving feedback for?

Great question, that is kind of ambiguous and we're looking at clarifying it.

The intention is for it to refer to the role of the person you are leaving feedback for (ie. the person who's profile you are in).

Nice. TapersSection has had this same feedback system for a while and it works really well, nice to see it over here as well. Keep up the goodwork!
