I've seen him 3 times and have always had a blast. The medley of covers I could probably do without (fun the first time but unless he's going to mix it up a little I'd rather some more Mac originals) and the crowds have been pretty horrible (lots of pushing and shoving in both Sydney and LA) but the band was tight and he pulled off his own songs really well. Bummer that doesn't seem to be the case for every show.

Makeout Videotape's Ying Yang is available on vinyl for the first time in an edition of 1200, highly recommended if you dig Mac's later output!

To be honest, it lasted longer than I expected. It's a sweet album.
