My favorite band of all time hands down. Started this because i found out something very interesting and didn't know where else to put it lol.

But Steve Wold later to be known as Seasick Steve collaborated with Up records produced Modest Mouse's first recorded in 1996, This is a long drive for someone with nothing to think about. Never would have thought that lol

Hands down IMO their best albums, lonesome crowded west, and long drive for someone with nothing to think about. They are pricey on vinyl though, no repress of them at this point. But im a huge fan so I love all thier stuff.

I can't wait for their new album, even though I've been waiting over 2 years lol. I saw them in jan 2012 and they played 4 new songs so I knew then something new was in the works. I've read that Isaac's label isn't named "Glacial Pace Recordings" for no reason haha, things tend to move slow around there. As long as the finished product is as good as anything else they've done ill be happy.

Some great re-issue news! I have the first press of Lonesome Crowded West but I cant wait to get the reissue and the Long Drive reissue. Now we just need a new album. Seven years is toooooo long! They were awesome live in Columbus this year by the way.

Extremely excited for the new album. I was a Sr. in High school when their last album came out. Cant Wait!!!! its been too long.
