30. What impact do you think that Rob Jones has had on The White Stripes’ public image?

I think Rob is pretty amazing. Whenever I get a design from him, he sends me an essay-length explanation and then follows it up with a phone call. He thinks about every possible aspect of a design and has an incredible knack for channeling the aesthetic of the band into his own work.

i would love to read some of these essay-length explanations.

Thats an idea for her next book.
Publish all these essays for each RJ poster along with images of the poster and possible test prints and outtake designs of each one.

Man that would be interesting reading.

I have a few Jones test prints I would be happy to contribute pictures of to a book like that.
Problem is, I suspect that at most there are probably only about 300-500 people that would want to buy this so it would have to be done like some kind of pricey limited edition thing (not that that's any bad thing I suppose)
