Rob Jones: A full pitcher of tea, half a pizza on the stove, and an office with a moderate temperature.

Sweet tea or unsweetened? I have found a lot of people in the deep south enjoy unsweetened tea, which amazes me. My Grandmother who is from Charleston brews some nasty tea it tastes like sucking on a wet tea bag.

I don't think anyone in savannah drinks unsweetened tea. Personally I hate tea more than anything. I'd rather drink saltwater.
