sucks, but he also says that all of the members but one live in Nashville and this has always been a spontaneous project and it will stay that way....so you never know. I am sure they will be working in the studios together one of these days and get inspired.

I need to stop discovering bands at the ends of their run. Oh well, at least I got to see them live once. That's more than I can say for the Stripes. Their prerogative, of course.

I am the same way Shane. Well, I used to be. I fell off the wagon for awhile while in school and missed a ton of great bands. Now I am constantly surrounded by music and have a lot of friends in radio who know way more about music and upcoming bands then I will ever know, so I hear about a lot of great bands before anyone has heard about them. There are always ones that slip through the cracks though. Can't really do anything about it.

I figured after the mini tour that it was over. That fall tour was a good one, I saw them many times. MI Fest was great, small crowd and beautiful weather with Swirlers everywhere !!!

I loved the Raconteurs, I think Brendan's voice really "helped" Jack on songs. They sounded great together. Wish we could have squeezed one more album out of them !

This is unfortunate, they've always been my favorite of his side projects.

As long as Brendan keeps putting out solo work

Maybe I'm hopelessly naive, but I seem to recall them saying similar things before the 2011 mini tour happened. Who knows what might happen a couple of years from now? In the meantime, it's very cool that Brendon's enjoying his work so much. Shame for him that everyone's caught up in that one comment and not paying attention to anything else he said in the original Billboard interview.

Brendon produced the new album from The Maine last year which was one of my favorite releases from 2013....so I say keep it up because he helped them out a lot!

If he's not interested in touring then I'd be fully behind the Racs doing what the Beatles did and just put out studio material. Anything is better than nothing.

It was me who put the kibosh on the Racs. It's all part of my master plan to get the White Stripes back together.
Once there is no one left to play with Jack, He'll go back to meg and bam! WS tour!

I am currently in the process of breaking up the dead weather. WS tour by 2016!! no need to thank me.

I was going to sleep with her.

That's all I got so far. I might not have planned it out too well.
