Cool Art Print

Post by kevron6 »

Thought some of you vinyl freaks may be interested in this print. It seems to fit well with Jack's references to invisible music and how it is disappearing into the digital realm. Anyways I will shut up now here is a picture and a link to buy it

The writing is "The Surrender - Learn more from this 3-minute record than you'll ever learn in school"

Ther is a possibility that we may see another print in a black record red label edition on white paper. Maybe even with a whiteswirl edition. Lots to be worked out first though so do not hold your breath yet.

way to go Kev!
Perhaps black label and white vinyl/letters on red background?

Edit:
Some ultra fast work on Photoshop (letters are gonna be same color as the vinyl)

Oh man that looks nice let me try to contact the artist again and see what I can do. He seemed legitimately interested.

Trickster~ Awesome work! Maybe it will become a reality??!? I'd totally buy a pair--even though I have no more wall space!

Thanks guys!
To be honest I really like the way the turned out
The would look awesome as a set on any wall

Before I got to bed I came up with an alternative idea or a supplementary one
1 Racs and 1 TDW poster as a follow up to the WS set
This could happen after a while if the WS projects turn out successful.
I already have some fast mock ups on photoshop but I am not happy how they look
(gonna work a bit with colors and labels)

The idea is
Racs: Green on Brown/Copper background, black vinyl and the R on the round label of vinyl
TDW- Yellow background, black vinyl and talons (or the Jack pic similar to the HYFTH 7" cover) on the round label

anyway I am off to work now
