HONKY TONK HORROR" SINGLE AVAILABLE SEPTEMBER 27 ON 7" VINYL & iTUNES
Limited Edition Tri Color Vinyl Available At Sept. 24 Soundland Festival Appearance
Self-Titled Debut Album Out November

With tongues still wagging from their June 23 debut on THE COLBERT REPORT and the subsequent "Charlene II (I'm Over You)" single, The Black Belles will release their next single "Honky Tonk Horror" September 27 on Third Man Records.

"Honky Tonk Horror" will be available on 7" vinyl, digitally via iTunes, and on September 24 as a limited edition tri-color sold only from the Third Man Rolling Record Store when The Black Belles appear at the Soundland Festival in Nashville, playing the Neuhoff Factory Stage www.nbnsoundland.com/.

"Honky Tonk Horror" is also the first taste of The Black Belles' self-titled debut album due out this November (B-side "Dead Shoe" does not appear on the album). Produced by Jack White and recorded at the Third Man Studio in Nashville, The Black Belles (TMR122) will feature the following 11 original songs written by Olivia Jean and The Black Belles:

"Leave you with a Letter”
"In A Cage”
"Wishing Well”
"Honky Tonk Horror”
"The Wrong Door”
"Breathing Down My Neck”
"The Tease”
"Howl at the Moon”
"Pushing Up Daisies”
"Not Tonight”
"Hey Velda”

The Black Belles are Ruby Rogers (Bass), Shelby Lynne (Drums), Lil’Boo (Synthesizer), and Olivia Jean (Vocals, Guitar, Organ). Tina NoGood provides additional Keys on “In A Cage”, “The Tease” and “Hey Velda”.

So, am I reading it correctly that the album is TMR122?

Not a bad tune. Hope the album is good, wonder if there will be any crazy special edition of the LP!

Judging from the "Honky Tonk Horror" I am about to call BS.
I could have sworn that it is Jack White behind this song. Imagine him at the vocals and you might have the picture of what I am saying.
