well she could be but I haven't received my 7" to take a good close look at the cover
Judging from the promo pics of the artist looks like she is deliberately trying to
hide her identity

It is my opinion that is that this is Karen. Just looking at her, she is tall and fair skinned, and has the figure of a model. The images of her seem only show little bits of her face (possibly to hide identity). Also, she plays a vintage Gretsch guitar and amp. Giving Jack plethora of guitars, how easy would it be for him to pick one of these up for her. Also, the hardware store story sounds too good to be true. But what convinces me the most that this is Karen is that Jack gave her single # TMR 003. I'm sure Jack wouldn't give this away to just anybody.

I found this pic from an eBay auction

pretty big and shows the face clearly
Seems its her
Lips and nose seem identical but canr be 100% sure

I agree. I think it's Karen. Why else would she be hiding her face in all of the pictures and her hair doesn't look real either.

There is no disguising those uber-long arms. It's Karen.

Does anyone else think this record is a "novelty" piece? I just can't take it seriously.

somoone at LR mentioned that his black vinyl copy has a flaw/missprint

Haha, I just noticed something about my Mildred 45 and was wondering if this is the same for anyone else. On the B-Side of the 45, it has an incorrect label, it is the label for Hang You From The Heavens. The A-Side is correct though. I'm excited now because I have a Third Man "Beatles Butcher Cover," if you will.

Since we pretty much determined that Mildred was Karen....does anyone else think that the guitar credits might belong to Jack? The tracks are very raw and are like the stripes first 2 albums. I hope we hear more from Mildred.
