Finally took the time to record the Seasick Steve LP and 7" onto CD, and the album and single songs are pretty diverse, but they are all good! I was toe-tapping and rockin' out while the songs were playing. You can tell the difference from Jack's production and drum playing on the single compared to the LP, but great stuff all the way around! Sounds like great roadtrip music for sure!!!
I only wanted to be good enough, but I'm not.

Really liking this record, played it about a half dozen times in the past two days. I must say though, I enjoyed the performance of "don't know why she love me but she do" from Jools Holland over the album version. They should press that on a B side.

Just ran into Seasick Steve this morning.
Was having a coffee at a friends sandwich shop when he walked by.
Shook his hand and talked with him a little bit.
Turns out he appearing at a tv show tonight [9/14].
He was wondering what to play since they're apperently giving him 1 minute.

You can watch the programme tomorrow on the following website.....

Damn it. This is unwatchable on my end. I have a good connection, too. It won't buffer while paused, and just keeps stopping/reloading. Much appreciated though. I suppose I'll have to wait for someone to up it to youtube.
