While waiting in line for Bolton’s hot chicken (begins Pokey Lafarge) I had a good line of sight on the stage for Lillie Mae and the Racs. Lillie Mae sounded good, unveiling a bunch of new material. I think she only played one or two songs off her debut before playing a set of more gentle country/Laurel Canyon inspired tunes.

Racs of course shredded, playing at top form. Jack was having a great voice night, played a Gibson Flying V on a few songs (has he ever played a Flying V in a live setting before?) and led the band through a bunch of hits and a few new tunes. Check out the set list on set list.fm
