Green series with Rambling Jack Elliot. Most interesting man in music? Somebody should get his ramblings on vinyl before its too late.
Don't believe the 60's was the golden age of pop. You glorify the past when the future dries up.

I'd like to see some metal put out by TMR. Maybe it's just me...
Also, I agree with Macklemore & Ryan Lewis being recorded for the blue series

A metal 7" would be cool.
I would also like to see the Roots WITH Elvis Costello!

I'm surprised that there hasn't been a Flaming Lips single on TMR yet. Imagine what Wayne and Jack could come up with together.

I'd like to see just about anyone on the Green Series these days. There's so much potential there and I love Jack's interviews.flattop2001 wrote:Green series with Rambling Jack Elliot. Most interesting man in music? Somebody should get his ramblings on vinyl before its too late.
"And the message is clear: if we want Jack White as our hero, he will entertain, but not pander. We have to accept all his flaws, whims, caprices and manias as a critical, sometimes uncomfortable, part of the contract."

Green series...man, I do love it. I'm glad it hasn't gone the way of the blue series, though. I like that there's so few. It definitely helps it keep its special allure. That said, I do think it's time for another one, though.Kali Durga wrote:I'd like to see just about anyone on the Green Series these days. Yeah, I've heard the FL songs about Jack and the New Years performance but I'm talking less about the music and more about the special edition of it. Only the Flaming Lips have TMR beat at the gimmicks
