do people in the US have to pay shipping? i bought a few 7"s from the thirdman website and they didnt charge shipping. but this is a big box set so i dunno

With the new TMR online store, the 7" price is cheaper but now you pay shipping. For the box, you have of course to add shipping costs to the price and after what I heard, the shipping costs is not the same at all for the different states. I read it was 33$ for NYC but can be cheaper for other states.

So US and Can versions of the mp3s are identical indeed.
I wonder if they just gave their permission to Sandbag to make a rip of the mp3s and they somehow edited the final result

The slipmat is using the same type of design on the box cover. Not the same picture but made up of the same Myan/Aztec type shapes.

From me

Seriously it sounds awesome I had a long chat with RJ this week and he told me what a lot of the symbols used to make up the penguin meant, most of which I cant remember, and how he spent a lot on books of symbols so he got each one right. The geeks (including me) will have a field day decoding all the meanings of the designs.

Cool did you meet him or you discussed these via email ?
I think that the box contains some of Rob's greatest artwork to date.
Mostly because it gives me the impression that it features poster related philosophy and characters
